Beauty Fx Ink – General Studio Policies

Our Studio Philosophy

At Beauty Fx Ink, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide our clients with the highest level of care, artistry, and professionalism.

We value the time of our clients and our artists, which is why we maintain clear studio policies that allow us to provide a smooth and respectful experience for everyone.

Thank you for supporting our small business and helping us maintain a positive and professional studio environment.

Booking an appointment with Beauty Fx Ink constitutes acceptance of all studio policies listed on this website and booking platforms. 

Appointment Booking

To reserve an appointment at Beauty Fx Ink, a non-refundable booking fee/retainer fee is required.

• $25-$50 booking fee for lashes, facials, and skin services
• $100-$150 booking fee for permanent makeup & paramedical services

This booking fee is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Appointments are not secured without a booking fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Late cancellations prevent us from offering that appointment time to another client.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notifying the studio will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may result in:

• Forfeiture of the booking fee
• A charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service
• Loss of future booking privileges at Beauty Fx Ink

Clients who no-show or repeatedly cancel late may lose the ability to book future appointments at Beauty Fx Ink.

No-show policies exist to protect the time of our artists and other clients who may be waiting for available appointments.

 

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment if there is not enough time remaining to safely complete the service.

Late arrivals may also be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the applicable fee.

Client Agreement

By booking an appointment with Beauty Fx Ink, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies.

These policies are communicated through:

• The booking platform
• Appointment confirmations
• Client consent forms
• The Beauty Fx Ink website

Booking an appointment constitutes agreement to these terms.

Right to Refuse Service

Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to refuse service or decline future bookings at our discretion.

This may include situations such as:

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations
• Disrespectful behavior toward staff
• Failure to follow studio policies
• Contraindications that make a service unsafe

Our priority is maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and artists.

Results Disclaimer

Beauty services such as lashes, permanent makeup, and skincare treatments vary based on:

• Skin type
• Lifestyle
• Aftercare compliance
• Health conditions

Results are not guaranteed and proper aftercare must be followed to achieve the best outcome.

Refund Policy

All services performed at Beauty Fx Ink are final sale.

Due to the time, preparation, and professional products used during appointments, refunds are not offered for any services rendered or products purchased and opened/used.

If concerns arise after a service, clients must notify the studio within 48 hours so we can evaluate and determine if an adjustment is appropriate.

Policy Updates

Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time without prior notice.

The most current version will always be available on our website.

Studio Courtesy

We ask that all clients respect the time of our artists and fellow clients.

By booking with Beauty Fx Ink, you help support a small business and allow us to provide the best possible experience for everyone.


Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

By booking and receiving services at Beauty Fx Ink, clients agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that were properly rendered or for booking fees that were clearly disclosed and agreed to at the time of booking.

If a chargeback is initiated after services have been performed or after a booking fee has been applied in accordance with studio policies, Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to provide documentation of the client’s booking agreement, signed consent forms, appointment records, and communications to the payment processor as evidence of the client’s agreement to these policies.

Clients who initiate a chargeback may be permanently restricted from booking future services with Beauty Fx Ink.

Online Conduct & Defamation Clause

Online Conduct & Public Statements

Beauty Fx Ink values respectful communication. Clients agree not to publish false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the studio, its artists, or services online or on social media.

If concerns arise regarding a service, clients agree to contact Beauty Fx Ink directly so we can review and address the situation appropriately.

Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to pursue appropriate action if false statements are made that intentionally harm the reputation of the business.

Communication Policy

Beauty Fx Ink encourages clients to contact the studio directly with any questions or concerns regarding services or policies first so we can address them appropriately.

Policy Enforcement & Refusal of Service Clause

Right to Refuse Service

Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to refuse service or decline future appointments at its sole discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• repeated no-shows or late cancellations
• failure to follow studio policies
• disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff
• attempts to bypass policies or booking procedures
• situations where a service may be unsafe or unsuitable for the client

Our policies are in place to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and artists.

Policy Interpretation & Governing Policies

In the event that policies appear in multiple locations (including the website, booking platform, consent forms, emails, or appointment confirmations), Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to interpret and enforce studio policies at its sole discretion.

The most current version of our policies listed on the Beauty Fx Ink website shall govern all appointments and services.

Beauty Fx Ink also reserves the right to update, modify, or enforce policies as necessary to protect the time of our artists, our clients, and the operation of the business.

Exceptions

Exceptions to studio policies may be granted at management’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Beauty Fx Ink reserves the right to enforce all policies as written, including cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies.
